各市人民政府、行署,各县(市)人民政府,省政府各部门、各直属机构,各大企业,各高等院校: 为贯彻实施《中华人民共和国行政处罚法》,按照国务院的部署,省政府组织专门力量对我省建国以来发布的设定行政处罚的规范性文件进行了全面清理。省政府决定废止《关于加强无线电管理工作的通知》(鲁革发[1977]58号)等82件与行政处罚法等有关法律、法规相抵触或者与国家目前政策和社会主义市场经济体制不相适应的规范性文件。
