特异性脱敏疗法是治疗过敏性疾病的有效方法。起始治疗浓度的选择适当与否,关系到显效的早迟,浓度过大则可诱发症状。治疗后期维持量的确定也关系到治疗的效果。我们对应用皮肤终点滴定于起始脱敏剂量及维持量的选择作了初步探索,现报告如下。材料与方法 59例常年性变应性鼻炎患者,其中15例合并哮喘,其皮试呈阳性反应的变应原58例为室尘和/或螨,1例为霉菌。有8例合并其它变应
Specific desensitization therapy is an effective method of treating allergic diseases.
