要建设宪政制度,就需要维护宪法的权威,而维护此种权威最有效的途径就是设立违宪审查制度。全国人大常委会委员长会议今次通过的程序性文件,则初步搭建起了违宪审查制度的基本框架。
To build a constitutional system, we need to safeguard the authority of the constitution, and the most effective way to maintain such authority is to set up a constitutional review system. The procedural documents passed this time by the NPCSC NPC Standing Committee initially set up the basic framework of the constitutional review system.
