研究了吡啶 2 羧酸钴的合成方法 ,并用IR、TG DSC及元素分析进行了结构表征。催化羰化实验结果表明 ,吡啶羧酸钴对甲醇氧化羰化合成碳酸二甲酯具有良好的催化活性。在催化剂浓度为 0 0 1 2mol·dm- 3,1 2 0℃ ,2 0MPa ,CO与O2 进气分压比 2∶1 ,反应时间 8h的条件下 ,甲醇转化率为 8 38% ,碳酸二甲酯选择性大于 99%。
The synthesis of pyridine 2 carboxylate was studied. The structure of the complex was characterized by IR, TG DSC and elemental analysis. The results of catalytic carbonylation show that cobalt picolinate has a good catalytic activity for the oxidative carbonylation of methanol to dimethyl carbonate. Under the conditions of a catalyst concentration of 0 0 1 2mol · dm-3, 120 ℃, 20MPa, partial pressure ratio of CO to O2 of 2:1 and reaction time of 8h, methanol conversion was 8 38% Methyl ester selectivity greater than 99%.
