本文根据1984年修改后的七号共路信令系统(简称 CCSS No 7)技术规程红皮书,给出了其中第二功能级(以下简称第二级)的状态转移图,采用单板机附加硬件方案实现了第二级功能,并对协议进行了一些必要的理论分析。
