我院自1991年12月至1993年12月,应用红外线凝结法治疗宫颈糜烂410例,疗效满意,现将随访的288例报告如下。 1 临床资料 本组288例均系门诊病人,年龄21至55岁。临床分期,轻度25例,中度153例,重度50例。病程长短不一,一般1年—3年最多。并有1例绝经期病人55岁为重度宫颈糜烂。288例中45例已带避孕环。重度糜烂50例均经活检排出恶变后治疗。大部分病例的主要症状:阴道分泌物增多,并有粘稠脓性白带,腰隐痛,下腹坠痛,每于月经、排便或性交时加重。 2 仪器和方法

Of the 288 cases, 45 had an IUD. 50 cases of severe erosion were excreted by biopsy after treatment. In most cases the main symptoms: increased vaginal discharge, and a purulent leucorrhea, waist pain, lower abdomen pain, every menstruation, defecation or sexual intercourse increased. 2 instruments and methods
