继党政机关机构改革之后,事业单位改革也拉开了序幕。最近,笔者带着乡镇事业单位如何改革这个问题,深入到湖北省南漳县九集镇调查研究,对该镇13个事业单位的人员结构、经营状况、财务收支、债权债务等情况进行了调查。这13个事业单位是:财政所、农经站、民政办、计生服务站、城建所、国土资源所、文化站、广播站、农技站、农机站、林业站、水务站、畜牧特产站。调查结果显示,乡镇事业单位生存和发展都面临着诸多问题,已经到了非改不可的地步。
Following the institutional reform of the party and government organs, the reform of public institutions has also begun. Recently, the author took the issue of how to reform the township public utility units and went deep into the investigation and study of Jiutai Town, Nanzhang County, Hubei Province, and investigated the personnel structure, operating conditions, financial revenues and expenditures, credits and debts of the 13 public institutions in the town . The 13 institutions are: Finance, Nongjing station, Civil Affairs Office, family planning service station, urban construction, land and resources, cultural stations, radio stations, agricultural stations, agricultural stations, forestry stations, water stations, animal husbandry specialty stations . The survey results show that the existence and development of township public service units are faced with many problems that have come to an end.
