建立了反相高效液相色谱法测定拉西地平血药浓度的方法.应用Nova-pak C18径向加压柱,以甲醇-水(75:25)为流动相,检测波长为UV300nm.血样用乙醚提取,拉西地平的平均提取回收率大于75%,日内、日间变异小于10%,本方法最低检测浓度为4ng/ml.
A method for the determination of lacidipine plasma concentration by RP-HPLC was established.The Nova-pak C18 radial column was used with methanol-water (75:25) as the mobile phase and the detection wavelength was set at UV300 nm. Ether extraction, the average extraction recovery of lacidipine is more than 75%, intra-day and inter-day variation is less than 10%, the minimum detection concentration of this method is 4ng / ml.
