本文通过对300名员工的不良行为情况的调查,探讨企业员工不良行为与其内外部影响因素之间的关系,并提出了相应的管控方法。
Based on the investigation of the bad behavior of 300 employees, this paper discusses the relationship between the bad behavior of employees and their internal and external factors, and puts forward the corresponding control methods.
