肺癌的发生发展与多种肿瘤相关基因的异常表达有关 ,是相互协调的共表达基因群体累积变化的结果。基因芯片技术为全面、系统、快速地寻找新的肺癌相关基因 /抑癌基因和筛选抗肿瘤药物提供了一种高通量的技术平台。
The occurrence and development of lung cancer is related to the abnormal expression of a variety of tumor-associated genes and is the result of the cumulative changes of co-expressed gene populations coordinated with each other. Gene chip technology provides a high-throughput technology platform for comprehensive, systematic and rapid search for new lung cancer related genes / tumor suppressor genes and screening anti-tumor drugs.
