寒冷地区RCC筑坝创新技术紧密结合桃林口水利枢纽工程建设实际,对RCC筑坝技术进行了系统试验研究,先后完成了碾压混凝土力学试验、现场碾压试验、坝基混凝土物理力学性质试验、野外大型抗剪断试验、混凝土碱骨料反应试验、溢流坝消能型式试验、底孔消能防冲试验、底孔减压模型试验等试验研究。采用了70余项新技术、新工艺、新材料、新设备,解决了20余项重大技术问题,使设计方案进一步优化,达到了节约投资,缩短工期,方便施工的目的。

RCC has completed mechanical tests, field rolling tests, physical and mechanical properties of concrete foundations in the field, Large shear resistance test, alkali concrete aggregate reaction test, overflow dam energy dissipation test, bottom hole energy dissipation test, bottom hole decompression model test and so on. With more than 70 new technologies, new processes, new materials and new equipment, more than 20 major technical problems have been solved, the design scheme has been further optimized, and the goal of saving investment, shortening construction period and facilitating construction has been achieved.
