采用共沉淀－－煅烧法制备了ＣｅＯ２－Ｙ２Ｏ３－ＺｒＯ２（ＣＹＺ）三元复合氧化物陶瓷粉末．所制备的ＣＹＺ粉末为稳定的四方相结构，在高于１４００℃的温度下煅烧，其流动性大为改善，可用于等离子喷涂．
CeO2-Y2O3-ZrO2 (CYZ) ternary composite oxide ceramic powder was prepared by coprecipitation-calcination method. The prepared CYZ powder has a stable tetragonal phase structure and is calcined at a temperature higher than 1400 ° C., and its fluidity is greatly improved and can be used for plasma spraying.
