采用共沉淀--煅烧法制备了CeO2-Y2O3-ZrO2(CYZ)三元复合氧化物陶瓷粉末.所制备的CYZ粉末为稳定的四方相结构,在高于1400℃的温度下煅烧,其流动性大为改善,可用于等离子喷涂.
CeO2-Y2O3-ZrO2 (CYZ) ternary composite oxide ceramic powder was prepared by coprecipitation-calcination method. The prepared CYZ powder has a stable tetragonal phase structure and is calcined at a temperature higher than 1400 ° C., and its fluidity is greatly improved and can be used for plasma spraying.
