随着高校持续扩招,职业院校面临着生源质量整体逐步下降,学生个体学习能力相差加大,学生学习状况不理想的状况日益突出,为了实现学生个性发展,培养社会需要的合格人才,本文对职业学校教学方法改革进行了探索,提出适合职校自身特点的分层次教学方法。
