从1975年5月到1976年8月,哈尔滨建工学院暖通专业部分师生先后在哈尔滨油漆颜料厂,与厂内工人师傅和技术人员一起完成了该厂东厂区蒸汽锅筒定压高温热水供热系统的设计和部分施工任务,1976年11月6日已部分投入运行。经过一个采暖季的运转,表明这个系统运行稳定可靠,操作方便。该系统的设计参数是150/90℃,热源锅炉是稍加改装后的SZZ4-13型燃油蒸汽锅炉。供热系统的原理图见图1。
From May 1975 to August 1976, Harbin Institute of Technology and HVAC professional teachers and students successively took the Harbin Paint Pigment Factory to complete the constant pressure and high temperature heat of the steam drum of the east plant of the plant together with the factory worker and technicians. The design and partial construction tasks of the water heating system were partially put into operation on November 6, 1976. After a heating season operation, it shows that the system is stable and reliable and easy to operate. The design parameters of the system are 150/90°C. The heat source boiler is a slightly modified SZZ4-13 fuel steam boiler. The schematic of the heating system is shown in Figure 1.
