近年来,全国休闲渔业蓬勃发展,逐渐成为渔业一二三产业融合发展的新路径和现代渔业经济发展的新亮点。“十二五”时期,休闲渔业正式纳入渔业发展规划,成为我国现代渔业五大产业之一。为全面了解我国休闲渔业发展现状,加强休闲渔业管理和服务,农业部决定从2017年起,在全国范围内组织开展休闲渔业发展监测工作。作为一项全新的工作,休闲渔业发展情况由谁监测、如何监测、监测什么,针对相关问题,本报记者对农业部渔业渔政管理局局长张显良进行了专访。
