在仿製外國喉糖試驗中,發現這個簡單製劑(麝香草腦、薄荷、樟腦、蔗糖)不大好做:(一)濃糖漿热時,加藥揮發,損失很大,溫度降低,糖即凝結,(二)製成品不透明,結晶成無數小塊,這兩種困难,用液狀葡萄糖代替部份蔗糖,可以解决,但是第三種困難即製成品的潮解性,無法解决,糖的表面很快溶化,無法進行包裝,面上塗一層脂肪油,勉强包
In the imitation of foreign laryngose test, it was found that this simple preparation (thyme brain, peppermint, camphor, and sucrose) is not very easy to do: (1) When the thick syrup is hot, the dosing is volatilized, the loss is large, the temperature is lowered, and the sugar is condensed.
