利咽胶囊中主要活性成分是生物碱，盐酸小檗碱则是最主要的生物碱部分。采用灵敏度较高的荧光扫描定量方法，测定利咽胶囊中盐酸小檗碱的含量。样品前处理方法简便，在取样量较小的情况下可准确定量。结果表明，本方法重现性好，精密度高，盐酸小檗碱检出限量为０．０２５～０．１２５μｇ与吸收值呈线性关系．测定１０批样品，含量限度定为每克内容物含盐酸小檗碱不低于１０ｍｇ。
The main active ingredient in Liyan capsules is an alkaloid, and berberine hydrochloride is the most important alkaloid part. The quantification method of berberine hydrochloride in Liyan Capsules was determined using a fluorescent scanning method with high sensitivity. The sample pretreatment method is simple and can be accurately quantified with a small sample size. The results show that the method has good reproducibility and high precision. The detection limit of berberine hydrochloride is 0.025-0.125 μg, which is linear with the absorption value. Ten batches of sample were determined and the content limit was set at not less than 10 mg of berberine hydrochloride per gram of content.
