我院2010-01收治淋球菌败血症并AIE 1例,现报道如下。1病历摘要男,41岁。因反复高热、畏寒1个月入院。自述1个月前开始无明显诱因出现畏寒、高热,均为每天清晨和下午3点~5点规律发作,近10 d尿急、尿频,尿痛,伴咳嗽,未治疗。近期体重下降约10 kg。既往体健,3个月前因骨折住院治疗,发现乙肝病史1个月,有游冶史,否认结核、高血压、糖尿病等病史,否认输血史、吸毒史。
Our hospital 2010-01 admitted to Neisseria gonorrhea and AIE 1 case, are reported below. 1 medical record male, 41 years old. Due to repeated high fever, chills 1 month admission. Past physical health, 3 months ago hospitalized for fracture and found that history of hepatitis B 1 month, tour Metallurgical history, denied tuberculosis, hypertension, diabetes and other medical history, denied the history of blood transfusion, history of drug abuse.
