After joining the WTO, apparel trade will face the global integrated market. The issue of apparel intellectual property rights, if not properly solved, will inevitably lead to disputes and arbitration in the future trade. What is TRIPS The WTO Agreement on Trade-Related Aspects of Intellectual Property Rights (TRIPS) was set up to solve the issue of intellectual property in trade. Now the TRIPS agreement and WTO agreement on trade in goods and clothing are tied together as WTO Three pillars. The TRIPS agreement, led by the United States in 1986, incorporated the TRIPS agreement into the legal framework of the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade (GATT) in the Uruguay negotiations, which TRIPS refers to know
