树立全局意识。“不谋全局者不足以谋一域,不谋万世者不足以谋一时”。当今世界,随着全球化和新技术革命的飞速发展,新情况、新问题、新知识不断涌现,国内大局与国际大局的联系与互动越来越紧密,党员干部要密切关注时代发展和社会实践的进程,善于从国际国内形势的相互联系中把握正确方向,从经济政治文化因素的综合作用中掌握工作全局,从纷繁复杂的社会生活中洞悉社会动向和发展趋势,不断提高正确把握全局的能力。要以宽阔的眼界,胸怀全局,做到审时度势、与时俱进;以宏观的战略思维分析全局,做到顺势而动,因势利导;以“牵一发而动全身”的辩证思维谋划全局,做到瞻前顾后、统筹兼顾;以在大局下行动的党性修养服从全局,做到自觉为党分忧、为国建功、为民造福。
