一、6家大型稀土集团组建方案获工信部备案2014年1月8日,工业和信息化部会同国土资源部、国资委召开组建大型稀土企业集团专题会议,传达国务院研究加强稀土行业管理工作专题会议精神,部署进一步加强企业兼并重组、治理整顿等重点工作。会后,工业和信息化部会同有关部门积极推进6家大型稀土集团组建,分别于8月、12月备案了中铝公司、中国北方稀土集团、厦门钨业和中国五矿、广东稀土和中国南方稀土
