目的探讨林蛙皮提取物(RCSE)对实验性胃溃疡的防治作用。方法将动物随机分为模型组、西咪替丁组和3个RCSE组。通过小鼠水浸束缚应激性溃疡实验、大鼠幽门结扎型溃疡实验和醋酸诱发的胃溃疡实验观察溃疡发生的程度,测定血浆和胃组织中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)的活力和丙二醛(MDA)的含量。结果与模型组比较,RCSE明显减小了应激性溃疡的溃疡指数(UI)(P<0.01);高剂量RCSE减小了醋酸诱发的胃溃疡的UI、幽门结扎型溃疡的溃疡程度和胃液总酸度、总酸排出量和胃蛋白酶活性(P<0.05)。RCSE提高了3种胃溃疡的血浆GSH-Px和T-SOD活力(P<0.05或P<0.01),也降低了MDA的含量(P<0.05或P<0.01);对幽门结扎型溃疡胃组织中的GSH-Px、T-SOD活力和MDA含量也有类似结果(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论 RCSE能够防治动物实验性胃溃疡,具有抗氧化作用。
Objective To investigate the preventive and therapeutic effects of Rana skin rinse extract (RCSE) on experimental gastric ulcer. Methods Animals were randomly divided into model group, cimetidine group and three RCSE groups. Conclusion RCSE can prevent and cure animal experimental gastric ulcer and has anti-oxidation effect.
