根据SEG的规定,在国际地球物理研讨会前(或后)要组织短期培训班或继续工程教育课。为此,石油物探局科技处与SEG北京联络部共同聘请SEG著名短期培训教员Ian Jack先生来我国作为期两天、题为“油藏管理中的时间推移地震法(即四维地震)”的技术讲座。听课者为中国石油天然气集团公司勘探局、科技局、开发局、物探局及各探区的有关人员;中国海洋石油总公司勘探局的领导;原地矿部、煤炭部及各大专院校、科研院所的科技人员共130余人。
According to SEG rules, short courses or continuing engineering education classes should be organized before (or after) the International Geophysical Symposium. To this end, the Geophysical Bureau of Geophysical Institute and SEG Beijing Liaison Department jointly hire Mr. Ian Jack, a well-known short-term trainer for SEG, to come to China for two days as "Time-lapse Seismic Method for Reservoir Management (ie, 4D Earthquake) Technical seminar. Participants for the China National Petroleum Corporation Exploration Bureau, Bureau of Science and Technology, Development Bureau, Geophysical Bureau and the exploration of the relevant officers; China National Offshore Oil Corporation Exploration Bureau leadership; Department of the original mine, the Ministry of Coal and the tertiary institutions, Scientific research institutes a total of more than 130 scientific and technological personnel.
