为探讨天然水中的氯仿含量,我们观察了不同水体中鱼类的氯仿蓄积性。 采未检出氯仿的长春市新立城水库水中的鱼和某市水源上游氯仿含量为14.0~15.4μg/L、下游氯仿含量为20μg/L水中的鱼做对照分析。鱼样是0.4~5kg重的鲜鱼,分四个档次,各档采一条。其中有胖头鱼、武昌鱼和鲤鱼三种。鲤鱼放置冰箱10天后进行检测,观察在放置期间鱼体内是否能自行生成氯仿。
