辽宁省锦西葫芦岛锌厂是我国特大型锌冶炼企业之一,该厂民兵团,始终把提高民兵的战斗力放在首位,采取多种措施和方法实施教育培训,使民兵的整体素质得到全面提高。 为搞好民兵训练,他们采取了三个步骤:一、抓好专门训练。对民兵特别是新上岗的退伍军人,每年都利用45天时间进行专门训练,经厂武装部考核后再上岗。二、根据平战结合的要求,搞好军训。每年除按照上级军事部门所下达的训练指数以外,他们还组织一些军事训练,使整个参训时间和参训率都超过了规定的指标和要求。民兵通信应急分队每年除完成正常的训练任务外,还搞一次野外通信技术演练。三、
