本文主要研究低碳锰铌钢控制轧制的道次变形率对钢板组织和性能的影响。试验结果证实采用累积压下率的办法,可以代替低温大压下的工艺。从而完善了典型的Ⅱ型控制轧制工艺,用于含铌钢板的轧制,获得良好的强韧性配合。已采用本工艺顺利地轧制含铌高强度钢板1500余吨,用于造船和汽车大梁等方面。
This paper mainly studies the effect of pass deformation of low carbon manganese niobium controlled rolling on the microstructure and properties. The test results confirm the use of cumulative reduction rate can replace the low temperature and pressure process. So as to improve the typical type Ⅱ control rolling process for the rolling of niobium-containing steel to obtain a good strength and toughness with. This process has been successfully rolled with niobium high strength steel sheet more than 1,500 tons for shipbuilding and automobile girders and so on.
