SE-CURE9111单道再流封装剂结合了焊剂和底充胶的基本功能，作为一种元器件压流材料，用于在柔性基板上的倒装片连接应用。先前柔性基板上的倒装片(FCOG)应用的主要障碍是芯片至基板的严重毁坏，结果大大降低了组装的可靠性。该封装剂采用了先进的抗毁坏工艺，能控制芯片的毁坏。
