目的了解玉林师范学院大学生对艾滋病相关知识的掌握情况及健康教育需求,评价健康教育效果,为制定该校健康教育策略提供依据。方法采取随机整群抽样方法,在健康教育开展前后抽取860名大学生匿名进行问卷调查。结果干预后与干预前相比,大学生对蚊虫叮咬不能传播艾滋病的知晓率从41.69%提高到72.68%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=163.18,P<0.01);大学生对及早治愈性病可预防艾滋病和洁身自爱是预防艾滋病的主要措施的知晓率仍较低,分别为67.47%和68.92%。大学生现有艾滋病知识来源主要是网络(68%),希望获得艾滋病知识的途径是学校健康教育(71%)。结论大学生对艾滋病知识掌握不全面,艾滋病健康教育的力度应加强。广播、网络等宣传媒介可提高大学生对艾滋病的认识,可作为健康教育的主要方式。
Objective To understand the mastery of AIDS-related knowledge and health education needs among undergraduates of Yulin Teachers’ College and evaluate the effect of health education so as to provide the basis for formulating the health education strategy of this school. Methods A random cluster sampling method was used to survey 860 college students before and after health education. Results Compared with pre-intervention, college students awareness of mosquito bites can not spread AIDS increased from 41.69% to 72.68%, the difference was statistically significant (χ2 = 163.18, P <0.01); college students to prevent sexually transmitted diseases early cure AIDS The awareness of self-esteem as the main measure to prevent AIDS is still low, accounting for 67.47% and 68.92% respectively. The existing sources of AIDS knowledge among college students are mainly internet (68%), and the hope of gaining AIDS knowledge is school health education (71%). Conclusions Students’ knowledge of AIDS is not comprehensive and AIDS health education should be strengthened. Broadcasting, internet and other media can raise college students’ awareness of AIDS and can be used as the main mode of health education.
