经济全球化引发的市场经济的激烈竞争 ,使一些生产手段落后、产品技术含量低 ,在市场处于逆势地位的企业无所适从。面对现状 ,部分企业领导人无可奈何地叹息 :企业不投入是等死 ,想投入是找死。很显然 ,在全球经济的严峻挑战面前 ,没有生命力的产品 ,没有竞争力的企业 ,如不科学地注入“新鲜血液” ,则无异于等死 :反之 ,缺乏科学论证 ,盲目筹资投入的釜底抽薪的做法 ,则无异于找死。在我国 ,面广量大的中小企业是国民经济的重要支撑力量 ,如何激活这部分企业 ,使之不仅在逆境中起死回生 ,并能成为搏击国际市场的强者 ,企业无不翘首以待。近期 ,国家经贸委主任李荣融在上海宝钢集团联合重组经验座谈会上提出 :我国将以企业为主体 ,以资本为纽带 ,努力培养一批具有国际竞争力的大公司和企业集团。本文引发的江苏泰隆集团把握机遇 ,适度投入 ,做优做强 ,实力与国际抗衡的高速发展轨迹 ,将给上述企业界以深刻的启迪。
The fierce competition in the market economy triggered by economic globalization has made some enterprises lagging behind in some means of production and low in technological content of products, and are in a contrarian position in the market.
