明确军队保卫工作学的研究对象,是构建军队保卫工作学科体系的前提。关于军队保卫工作学的研究对象,理论界研究尚不够深入,有“规律、对策”说和“制度、活动、规律”说两种主要观点,这些观点不能完全概括军队保卫工作学的研究对象。分析学科研究对象主要有“列举式”和“概括式”两种研究方法,比较而言“概括式”更为科学。军队保卫工作学的研究对象应该概括为“军队保卫工作的本质、现象和规律”。
