本文在现有客舱湿度计算方法的基础上,进行合理简化,得出了客舱湿度、露点温度、蒙皮温度的计算方法,并结合商用飞机的不同设计工况进行了计算,得出了客舱在各种运行工况下的湿度和露点温度,通过分析预测出了可能产生冷凝水的工况和部位,对商用飞机设计过程中相关的绝热隔声层设计、除湿干燥系统的设计具有一定的参考价值。
Based on the existing calculation methods of cabin humidity, the paper simplifies reasonably, obtains the calculation method of cabin humidity, dew point temperature and skin temperature. Combining with the different design conditions of commercial aircraft, Humidity and dew point temperature in various operating conditions, the working conditions and locations of the condensate water may be predicted through analysis, and the design of the adiabatic sound insulation layer related to the commercial aircraft design process and the design of the dehumidifying and drying system have certain reference value.
