目前我国水库渔业发展缓慢的历史原因是绝大多数水库在建设时没有配套渔业设施。渔业准备的涵义是在水库建成蓄水之前围绕渔业所进行的一系列工作,如渔业基本生产设施的配套建设,渔业经营体制的确定,生产队伍的组建及技术力量配备等。渔业工程准备的内容包括清理库底、苗种设施、生产设施;渔业生产准备的内容包括队伍组建、技术准备、鱼种准备。作者还论述了渔业配套的标准及渔业准备的资金来源和组织实施.
At present, the historical reason for the slow development of reservoir fisheries in our country is that most reservoirs are not equipped with fishery facilities during construction. The meaning of fishery preparation is to carry out a series of work around the fisheries before the reservoir is built up, such as supporting the construction of the basic fishing production facilities, the establishment of the fishery management system, the establishment of production teams and the allocation of technical strength. The preparation for fishery engineering includes cleaning up the bottom, seed facilities and production facilities; the preparation for fishery production includes formation of teams, technical preparation and preparation of fish species. The author also discusses the standards of fishery facilities and the sources of funding for fisheries preparation and its implementation.
