社会转型的过程也是社会信任“问题化”的过程。当前,西方学界关于社会信任问题的研究已经从心理学领域迈向多学科领域,且心理状态机制、社会机制简约化、理性选择理论、社会文化心态等都成为切入信任问题的研究增长点。在中国,社会信任问题的研究呈现出从概念到实践、从宏观到微观、从制度设计到技术评价的发展态势,日常社会学研究、个案追踪研究等也开始进入人们的研究视野。中国要形成成熟的信任法学或信任社会学理论体系还需切实理解中国社会内在结构运行机理以及当前社会发展变迁的基本形态。
The process of social transformation is also the process of social trust “problem ”. At present, the research on social trust in western academic circles has moved from psychology to multidisciplinary fields, and psychological state mechanisms, simplistic social mechanisms, rational choice theory and social and cultural mentality have all become the research growth points for cutting trust issues. In China, the study of social trust shows the development trend from concept to practice, from macro to micro, from system design to technical evaluation, and daily sociological studies and case-tracking studies have also begun to enter the research perspective of people. To form a mature theoretical system of trust law or social theory of trust, China must also understand the basic structure of the operation mechanism of the internal structure of Chinese society and the current changes in social development.
