本文介绍了加入微量稀土元素可显著提高铬合金铸铁热塑性的试验結果。通过金相显微镜、电子探针、离子探针等手段,研究了稀土元素在铬合金铸铁中对硫、硅、碳化物及夹杂物的影响。初步探讨了稀土元素提高铬合金铸铁热塑性的机理。
This article describes the addition of trace rare earth elements can significantly improve the test results of thermoplasticity of chrome cast iron. The effects of rare earth elements on sulfur, silicon, carbides and inclusions in chrome cast iron were studied by means of optical microscope, electron probe and ion probe. The mechanism of improving the thermoplasticity of chrome cast iron by rare earth elements is discussed preliminarily.
