From September 14 to September 16, 2004, the State Press and Publication Administration held a meeting on national replication management in Nanchang, Jiangxi Province. At the meeting, the leaders of the bureau in charge of reproduction management of the press and publication bureau of each province, autonomous region and municipality directly under the Central Government and the departmental responsible comrades at the division level of the copy management department, the CD production source identification center of the Ministry of Commerce, the Ministry of Public Security, the disc working committee of China Audio- Video Association, Tsinghua University CD-ROM National Engineering Research Center to send staff to attend the meeting,
