1.概述 大中型直流电机换向器云母槽的修刮,以往一直采用手工锯槽,靠手腕往返提压,费力、速度慢、效率低。我厂经过试验和实践,利用回JIQZ—3型电动曲线锯,改制成云母槽修刮的电动锯(图1),代替手工锯槽。经过两年的使用,效果良好,除减轻劳动强度、速度快、效率高外,还保证了检修质量,比手工修刮提高工效30多倍。该锯使用方便、安全,附件加工简单、成本低、维护方便。
1. Overview The repair and scraping of large and medium-sized DC motor commutator mica troughs has traditionally been performed by manual kerfs. The pressure is increased by relying on the wrists, which is laborious, slow, and inefficient. After the experiment and practice, our factory used the JIQZ-3 type electric jig saw to be modified into a mica groove repair electric saw (Fig. 1) instead of manual sawing. After two years of use, the effect is good. In addition to reducing labor intensity, speed, and efficiency, it also guarantees the quality of maintenance, which is more than 30 times more effective than manual repair. The saw is easy to use and safe, the attachment is easy to process, low in cost, and easy to maintain.
