南方根结线虫(Meloidogyne incognita)3号小种幼虫在棉花品种徐州142上发育和繁殖良好、初生根结可被幼虫再侵染而增生。温室供试的g4个品种都能产生根结和卵囊,其中根结级大于2.5、卵囊级大于2.0的品种有83个。除对少数抗根结品种外,该小种的繁殖系数均大于1.0。在品种徐州142上仅少数2号小种个体可完成其生活史。供试的12个棉花品种中有11个能产生轻微根结,并在接种后50天内被根系的增粗生长所掩盖而趋消失。仅在4个品种上发现微小卵囊,该小种的繁殖系数均小于1.0。
Meloidogyne incognita larvae No. 3 larvae develop and reproduce well on the cotton cultivar Xuzhou 142. The primary root knot can be re-infected by the larvae to proliferate. All the g4 cultivars tested in the greenhouse produced root knots and oocysts, of which root knot was greater than 2.5 and 83 were oocyst grade greater than 2.0. Except for a few root-knot cultivars, the breeding coefficient of the races was greater than 1.0. In the variety of Xuzhou 142 only a few 2 species can complete their life history. Eleven of the 12 cotton cultivars tested produced slight root knots and were overshadowed and disappeared by root thickening within 50 days of inoculation. Micro-oocysts were found on only 4 cultivars, with reproductive coefficients of less than 1.0 for this races.
