和谐校园构建,是学校在自主发展过程中积极主动协调人、事、物相互之间的关系,使之达到共存的最佳状态。构建和谐校园必须从学校实际出发,建立健全领导机制,坚持以人为本,坚持全面发展,坚持统筹兼顾,努力探索并积极寻求有效策略支持,从而形成教育合力,促进学生发展、教师发展和学校发展;促进学校内部各种教育要素的全面、自觉、协调、整体优化;促进学校教育各子系统及各要素间的协调运转,最终实现和谐校园建设的奋斗目标。
The construction of a harmonious campus is the best way for schools to actively coordinate the relations among people, things and things in their own development so that they can co-exist in the best condition.
