应用三种辅助性内镜图像技术以提高喉癌早期病变的术前诊断准确率 :1自动荧光内镜 ;2接触式内镜 ;3高频超声波内镜。上述新的内镜图像技术应用于显微喉镜检查中 ,有利于喉肿瘤病变范围和分化程度的进一步诊断。自动荧光内镜和接触式内镜可对粘膜表面细胞的分化不良、癌前病变和早期浸润癌变做出准确诊断 ,而高频超声波内镜更适于估计喉癌的深部浸润情况。
Application of three kinds of auxiliary endoscopic imaging techniques to improve the accuracy of preoperative diagnosis of early-stage laryngeal carcinoma: 1 auto-fluorescence endoscopy; 2 contact endoscopy; 3 high-frequency ultrasound endoscopy. The new endoscopic imaging technology used in microlaryngoscopy, is conducive to the further diagnosis of the extent and degree of differentiation of the laryngeal neoplasm. Autofluorescence endoscopy and contact endoscopy can make accurate diagnosis of mucosal cell surface dysplasia, precancerous lesions and early invasive cancer, and high-frequency ultrasound endoscopy is more suitable for the estimation of deep laryngeal cancer infiltration.
