胃癌是我国发病率较高的消化系统恶性肿瘤之一。据“1973—1975年死因回顾性调查资料”,江苏省扬中县全癌粗死亡率(CMR)为266.19/10万,标化死亡率(SRD)为212.91/10万,癌亡占总死亡比为34.9％,是全省平均癌亡率的2.2倍。胃癌CMR为81.30/10万(SRD为67.47/10万),居全省之首。为了探讨扬中县胃癌流行因素,我室于1983年8—9月深入现场开展胃癌的调查研究工作,现将有关调查结果初步报告如下。
Gastric cancer is one of the malignant tumors of digestive system in our country. According to the “retrospective investigation of the cause of death from 1973 to 1975,” the total crude cancer death rate (CMR) was 266.19 / 100,000 in Yangzhong County of Jiangsu Province, and the standardized death rate (SRD) was 212.91 / 100,000. The proportion of cancer death to total death 34.9%, 2.2 times the average cancer rate in the province. Gastric cancer CMR was 81.30 / 100,000 (SRD was 67.47 / 100,000), ranking first in the province. In order to explore the prevalence of gastric cancer in Yangzhong County, our room in August-September 1983 in-depth investigation and research work on gastric cancer, the findings of the preliminary report is as follows.
