近年来,北京市的行业协会有了较快发展,但是,随着经济体制和行政管理体制改革的不断深化、社会主义市场经济体制的不断完善,特别是我国加入世界贸易组织后,融入全球经济的进程加快,迫切要求行业协会的行为更加规范,符合国际上通行的做法。而目前北京市行业协会存在的法规不健金、政会不分、管理体制满后、分布结构不合理、行业代表性不强、内部机制不健全等问题,已经不能适应形势发展的要求。为了加快北京市行业协会的改革和发展,8月22日,市委、市政府办公厅印发了《关于促进本市行业协会发展和改革的意见》(京办发[2006]22号),对推进全市行业协会的改革工作进行了部署。

In order to speed up the reform and development of the Beijing Municipal Trade Association, on August 22, the municipal party committee and municipal government office issued the Opinions on Promoting the Development and Reform of the Guilds in Our City (Beijing Office [2006] No. 22) The city’s trade association’s reform has been deployed.
