市场经济在一定意义上可以说就是法制经济。当前我国正处在由传统计划经济向社会主义市场经济转变的重要时期。在这个转变中,要充分发挥档案的作用,就需要通过深化档案改革建立健全强有力的档案法规、政策做保证。档案监督就是保证党的路线、方针、政策在档案系统正确贯彻执行和各级档案部门依照有关法律、法规、条例、制度进行管理的重要工作,在新旧档案体制加快更替的时期更是如此。现就此谈点粗浅看法。
