三集广播连续剧《武昌首义》由湖北省委宣传部委托湖北广播电视台生活广播创作,是2011年国内纪念辛亥百年的同题材广播剧中唯一一部全景式正面描写武昌起义全过程的大手笔之作。剧本以恢弘的气势、宏大的场景展开清末湖北革命党人、湖广政府、武昌新军和普通大众等各方力量风云际会的历史画卷,再现了当时荆楚大地上风云激荡,暗流涌动,最终汇聚成为中国历史上结束帝制、走向共和的一场伟大革命的历史进程。
