2010年6月30日,民政部部长李立国在北京市副市长丁向阳等领导的陪同下,来到北京市第一社会福利院,亲切看望了在院生活的老人,并对北京市养老服务体系建设进行了深入调研。李部长在实地考察和听取相关介绍后,首先对北京推出的“大民政”理念表示肯定,对北京老龄事业发展成效表示赞赏。同时,强调指出:加强养老服务体系建设,必须在两个方面着力:第一,把全方位发展和重点事项突破有机结合,互为作用;第二,软件和硬件建设统筹兼顾,尤其要注意养老服务体系和老龄事业发展的软件建设。
