随着经济的进一步发展和改革的深入进行,我国的事业单位也普遍采用会计电算化,提高了工作效率,改进了管理水平,但是在实践中也存在着诸多问题。笔者提出,事业单位的电算化普遍存在着管理形式与会计核算方式不相配、对技术和软件缺乏充分运用、缺乏会计电算化专业人才等问题,针对这些问题,笔者提出了相应的建议,即改革管理观念,推动会计电算化建设;进一步完善单位内部控制;提升财务人员素质,打造专业财务团队。
With the further development of the economy and the deepening of the reform, the public institutions in our country also generally adopt the computerization of accounting, which has raised the working efficiency and improved the management level. However, there are still many problems in practice. The author puts forward that the computerization of public institutions generally has the problems of incompatible management forms and accounting methods, lack of full use of technology and software, lack of accounting computerization professionals and so on. In response to these problems, the author puts forward corresponding suggestions, That is, the concept of reform and management, to promote the construction of computerized accounting; to further improve the internal control unit; improve the quality of financial staff, to create a professional financial team.
