目的:了解计划生育服务人群的生殖健康状况。方法:总结分析了2005~2006年我所计划生育门诊就医患者的异常表现和疾病的发生状况。结果:在被服务人群中,99.6%有流产史,其中16.7%流产史大于3次;使用避孕套者占46.7%,常规化验检查异常者占25.6%,生殖道感染者占33.5%,患有妇科疾病者占55.9%。结论:关注计划生育服务,完善手术前化验,按照计划生育的法律法规服务于广大妇女,减少计划生育手术并发症的发生,努力提高妇女生活质量。
Objectives: To understand the reproductive health status of family planning service population. Methods: To summarize and analyze the abnormal performance and disease occurrence of patients in our family planning outpatient department from 2005 to 2006. Results: Among the served people, 99.6% had history of abortion, of which 16.7% had history of abortion more than 3 times; those who used condoms accounted for 46.7%, routine laboratory tests accounted for 25.6%, genital tract infections accounted for 33.5% Gynecological diseases accounted for 55.9%. Conclusion: Concerned about family planning services, perfecting pre-operative tests, serving the majority of women in accordance with the laws and regulations on family planning, reducing the incidence of complications of family planning work, and striving to improve the quality of life for women.
