采用MTS-815程控伺服刚性试验机,对天然石英砂进行不同围压条件下的固结试验,研究其颗粒破碎特性,探讨围压对石英砂颗粒破碎的影响。结果表明,40兆帕以下,固结压力与颗粒破碎程度的变化关系不稳定,当破碎达到一定程度后,颗粒级配趋于良好,围压对其影响逐渐减弱。
MTS-815 program-controlled servo rigid testing machine was used to test the consolidation of natural quartz sand under different confining pressures. The particle crushing properties were studied and the influence of confining pressure on the crushing of quartz sand particles was discussed. The results show that under the pressure of 40 MPa, the consolidation pressure is not stable with the change of the degree of particle crushing. When the degree of crushing reaches a certain level, the particle gradation tends to be good, and the influence of confining pressure on it gradually diminishes.
