我院在收治膀胱内异物患者中,用尿道镜取出异物5例。介绍如下: 例1男,22岁,半年前自将绿色塑料绳插入尿道内。诊断为膀胱内异物。骶麻后,插入F_(21)号尿道镜,从膀胱内取出绿色塑料绳64厘米。反复冲洗膀胱,排出沙粒结石130余粒。大者绿豆大,小者小米粒大小。例2男,18岁,自诉尿道痒,插入松树叶2支。行膀胱镜检查,见膀胱内漂浮松树叶2支,经膀胱镜用异物钳未抓出。换F_(21)号尿道镜,反复灌
