The key to doing a good job in technological transformation of enterprises is to focus on tactics to open a window to the market. The author believes that the following strategies should be taken care of: First, the project should be carefully selected. The demonstration of the project should be more cautious, not blindly follow. We must strictly follow the scientific method, comprehensively consider the elements of each relevant link, comprehensively review the feasibility of the project, establish a long-term concept, and use development vision to determine the project. We must mobilize employees to brainstorm ideas, make concerted efforts, and work together with related departments and scientific research units. Linked with the introduction, and organize experts to inspect and determine. Second, we must pay close attention to time. We must establish the concept of “time is benefit”, reduce the operational links as much as possible, and scientifically arrange matters concerning civil construction, equipment purchase, personnel training, etc.
