通过高倍拉伸、低温紧张热定型的工艺路线制备了高强低伸型涤纶工业丝,研究了其力学性能。结果表明:选择纺丝温度295℃,喷丝头拉伸比54.5,总拉伸倍数6.14,热定型温度180℃,卷绕速度2 700m/min,制备的高强低伸型涤纶工业丝断裂强度为8.55 cN/dtex,断裂伸长率为12.7%,达到了GB/T16604—2008的超高强涤纶工业丝优等品质量要求;高强低伸型涤纶工业丝蠕变断裂时间与载荷呈现负相关关系,随着载荷的增加,蠕变断裂时间缩短;当载荷为断裂强度的30%~89%时,断裂时间和加载频率呈指数关系,当加载频率低至0.01 Hz时,断裂时间达到385.69 h。
High-strength and low-stretch polyester industrial yarn was prepared by high-tension and low-temperature heat-setting process, and its mechanical properties were studied. The results showed that the breaking strength of high strength and low elongation polyester industrial yarn prepared by spinning at 295 ℃, spinning head draw ratio 54.5, total draw ratio 6.14, heat setting temperature 180 ℃ and winding speed 2 700m / min 8.55 cN / dtex, the elongation at break was 12.7%, which met the quality requirements of GB / T16604-2008 super high strength polyester industrial yarn. The creep rupture time of high strength and low elongation polyester industrial yarn was negatively correlated with the load, When the load is 30% -89% of the breaking strength, the fracture time and the loading frequency are exponential. When the loading frequency is as low as 0.01 Hz, the breaking time reaches 385.69 h.
